What service should I book if I’m not sure what I need?
If you’re unsure, book a Customized Facial. We’ll assess your skin in person and adjust the treatment if necessary. Your skin’s unique needs always guide our final plan.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Avoid retinol or active exfoliants 3–5 days prior, avoid excessive sun, and arrive with clean skin. Please complete your digital intake forms before your visit to maximize our treatment time.
How often should I schedule professional treatments?
For maintenance and long-term health, once a month is ideal. For corrective goals such as acne or hyperpigmentation, we may suggest a strategic series spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Cancellations & No-Shows
To respect the schedule of our private studio, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled on the same day or missed entirely will be subject to a fee of 75% of the scheduled service.
Arrivals & Secure Booking
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule. All clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file to secure their private studio booking.
